PERINTAH HUKUM HUDUD DI DLM AL QURAN

Posted on 8:31 AM by Ghuroba'

The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Baqarah> Verse 178

O ye who believe! The law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude. This is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this, whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.

The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Maidah> Verse 45

We ordained therein for them: "Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for himself. And if any fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) wrong-doers.

Apostasy

1) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Baqarah> Verse 217

They ask thee concerning fighting in the Prohibited Month. Say: "Fighting therein is a grave (offence); but graver is it in the sight of Allah to prevent access to the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access to the Sacred Mosque, and drive out its members." Tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter. Nor will they cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith if they can. And if any of you turn back from their faith and die in unbelief, their works will bear no fruit in this life and in the Hereafter; they will be Companions of the Fire and will abide therein.

2) The Holy Qur'an > Surah At-Touba> Verse 12

But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and taunt you for your Faith, fight ye the chiefs of Unfaith: for their oaths are nothing to them: that thus they may be restrained.

3) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nahl> Verse 106

Anyone who, after accepting Faith in Allah, utters Unbelief, - except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith - but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty.

Murder (crimes against the self)

1) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Baqarah> Verse 84

And remember We took your Covenant (to this effect): shed no blood amongst you, nor turn out your own people from your homes: and this ye solemnly ratified, and to this ye can bear witness.

2) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Baqarah> Verse 85

After this it is ye, the same people, who slay among yourselves, and banish a party of you from their homes; assist (their enemies) against them, in guilt and transgression; and if they come to you as captives, ye ransom them, though it was not lawful for you to banish them. Then is it only a part of the Book that ye believe in, and do ye reject the rest? But what is the reward for those among you who behave like this but disgrace in this life? And on the Day of Judgment they shall be consigned to the most grievous penalty. For Allah is not unmindful of what ye do.

3) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Baqarah> Verse 178

O ye who believe! The law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain, then grant any reasonable demand, and compensate him with handsome gratitude. This is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this, whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.

4) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Baqarah> Verse 179

In the Law of Equality there is (saving of) Life to you, O ye men of understanding; that ye may restrain yourselves.

5) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 29

O ye who believe! eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities: but let there be amongst you traffic and trade by mutual good-will: nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily Allah hath been to you Most Merciful!

6) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 30

If any do that in rancour and injustice, soon shall We cast them into the fire: and easy it is for Allah.

7) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 92

Never should a Believer kill a Believer; but (if it so happens) by mistake, (compensation is due); if one (so) kills a Believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a Believer, the freeing of a believing slave (is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to Allah; for Allah hath all Knowledge and all Wisdom.

8) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 93

If a man kills a Believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (forever): and the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.

Recite to them the truth of the story of the two sons of Adam. Behold! they each presented a sacrifice (to Allah): it was accepted from one, but not from the other. Said the latter: "Be sure I will slay thee." "Surely," said the former, "Allah doth accept of the sacrifice of those who are righteous.

9) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Maidah> Verse 28

10) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Maidah> Verse 29

"For me, I intend to let thee draw on thyself my sin as well as thine, for thou wilt be among the Companions of the Fire, and that is the reward of those who do wrong."

11) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Maidah> Verse 30

The (selfish) soul of the other led him to the murder of his brother: he murdered him, and became (himself) one of the lost ones.

12) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Maidah> Verse 32

On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our Messengers with Clear Signs, Yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.

13) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-Maidah> Verse 45

We ordained therein for them: "Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for himself. And if any fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) wrong-doers.

14) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-An'am> Verse 137

Even so, in the eyes of most of the Pagans, their "partners" made alluring the slaughter of their children, in order to lead them to their own destruction, and cause confusion in their religion. If Allah had willed, they would not have done so: but leave alone them and their inventions.

15) The Holy Qur'an > Surah Al-An'am> Verse 140

Say: "Come, I will rehearse what Allah hath (really) prohibited you from": join not anything as equal with Him; be good to your parents; kill not your children on a plea of want - We provide sustenance for you and for them - come not nigh to shameful deeds, whether open or secret; take not life, which Allah hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.

17) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nahl> Verse 58

18) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nahl> Verse 59

Nor take life - which Allah has made sacred - except for just cause. And if anyone is slain wrongfully, We have given his heir authority (to demand Qisas or to forgive): but let him not exceed bounds in the matter of taking life; for he is helped (by the law).

Adultery

1) The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 15

Seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, ye agree mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and Allah is All-Knowing All-Wise.

3)The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 25

If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: and Allah hath full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: they should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

4)The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nisaa> Verse 31

Who will inherit Paradise: they will dwell therein (forever).

4)The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nur> Verse 2

5)The Holy Qur'an > Surah An-Nur> Verse 4

And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses, (to support their allegations), flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;

Assalamualaikum,

Just to ask you, your last sentence said that hukum hudud telah jelas di dalam alquran, and all you did was just cutting and pasting the verse.
